Hassles with Blue Cross Blue Shield

I have had nothing but hassles with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am

supposed to have upper and lower surgery. They tell me this surgery

is limited to dependent children only. I am in my 30's and can't

believe that this is happening. I am 4 years into braces and had my

surgery scheduled for 6 months ago, and am fighting with the

insurance to get this approved and it looks like I am going to have

to get legal help. I don't believe that they should deny me because

of my age. Please advise on how you get this to work out with

insurance!! HELP!!
