Guest guest Posted March 25, 2004 Report Share Posted March 25, 2004 Hi, I'm , from PEI, Canada. I'm 17 years old..and I just had jaw surgery on my upper and lower jaws..and I'm two weeks post-op. I found there was no pain to it at all..I just find it very annoying and I get very frustrated very easily..I'm starving..like I'm so sick of soup and milkshakes ..it's not funny..I'm really picky and won't eat anything blended because just the look turns my stomach..My orthadontist said it's only 4 weeks..not 6...and then I get 2 little wires in my mouth..I'm just wondering what I'll most likely be able to eat after my mouth is unwired..mostly soft foods eh? Would I be able to eat fries and stuff..what kinds of foods? I just can't wait to eat again..I lost 14lbs..I'm down to 128..but I'm tall also..so I like my weight but I need food! haha..so anyone who has gotten it done ..I'd appreciate it so much if you could reply to me about your surgery and what you ate after etc etc..thanks a lot:) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
