It's a really small splint that just goes on your two fron teeth to

wear at night for clenching

Oh, hey! My husband uses that type of splint! His dentist made it

for him because he was grinding his teeth at night. My husband now

swears by it and loves it. His bite is perfect though, and mine was

not. I tried it, and I still had pain because I have an open bite. I

mean, had. Now that I've had the surgery we are planning on making a

new splint for me to use again, just for the clenching problem. Alix-
