To Cammie and Alix

Thanks for the good advice. I am doing much better today. I am

drinking a lot of fluids especially now that it dosen't hurt to

swallow. I am still very sore but I guess that take time. I am

juicing vegetables and putting fruits and protein shakes in the

blender. I took your advice and I am not using a straw. I found I can

bring the the juice to my mouth and actually drink. Im am using ice

packs as much as I can. I even tried and hot and cold therapy in the

shower.

Amazing my swelling has gone down a bit. Yesterday I looked like

Mason Reese. Today I look like a thinner version of Mason Reese. Not

as ugly but u get the picture.

My talking as gotten better although it hurts to talk too much. My

parents can actually understand me. The phone is another story.

Eventhouh I had my lower jaw moved foward right now it look as if I

need a chin implant. Eventhough my jaw was back and crooked I had a

fairly prominent chin. Have you guys experience this, is that just

from the swelling that it looks that way? I still have a couple of

double chins from the swelling.

I think the occasional nausea is coming from the antibiotic which

unfortunately I have to take. My Dr gave me a prescrition if it

happens again I will try it.

When do u start looking normal enough that u wd want to walk out in

public? Thank God its cold in Ny. So I am surviving it but I wd like

to get out in the near future.

Thanks again for the helpful advice and encouragement. It a good

feeling to know that everyday it is getting better.

Regards,
