Guest guest
Cammie: I'm with you. At this point, I'm fine with food to swallow without chewing. Yesterday, I ordered Chinese. For the heck of it, ground it in the blender. The result? It looked like pate and tasted so good that my mom ate it. A lot of it is perspective. In fairness, some foods look regurgitated when blended. Others though look like dips, pate, etc. Looking at ground, ground beef made me want to puke. Looking at the ground chicken and lo mein looked like a nachos dip. Some tips -- have someone else blend it for you. If you're not looking at the raw thing, it's easier to just look at the finished product. Other foods -- dips, pates, chicken/tuna salads, eggs, etc. are good as they are. So just imagine your spoon as a nacho and scoop away. Heck, double dip (Seinfeld reference for the real young 'uns in the crowd). You've earned it. Good luck! Fran > > Hi, I'm , from PEI, Canada.
