Guest guest Posted March 3, 2004 Report Share Posted March 3, 2004 Hi all...I had upper (moved up 5mm) and lower (moved forward 17mm!) yesterday. I am not in a whole lot of pain, just uncomfortable. I'm starting to swell up quite a bit. What can I do besides ice? I'm hopefully having a MLD therapy on Friday. Thanks...this site rules.
