Guest guest
Hey everybody! I'm about 4 weeks post-op now. I slept elevated for about three weeks, and my surgeon gave me the OK to sleep on my side. I think he still wants me to sleep with lots of pillows. I don't like sleeping with so many pillows, and it is beginning to hurt my right shoulder to sleep the way I have been sleeping. The pain (from my shoulder) keeps me up most of the night. I still feel a little pressure on my jaw, but it's not my jaw that bothers me the most. Are there any of you who are sleeping " normal " without all the pillows and elevation?? I just need some tips on how to be more comfortable and still keep my jaw safe. Thank you all so much!!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Also, ----- to . I think I replied to a message you sent to me, and I typed... to Sherry. I apologize for that. I hope everyone is doing well with surgeries and recovery!! God bless!
