I'm pre-op as well and I've put together a list of orthognathic

issues and can email it to you if you like. It has

1. Questions to Ask Your Surgeon

2. Shopping list for pre-surgery

3. Things to tell people post surgery when they look at you funny

4. Things to expect post surgery

5. Post surgery advice

It's all things I've gathered over the past year from here, site 2,

and Fiddlesticks website.
