New here...surgery next Tuesday!

Hi. Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 27 and having a SARPE

next Tuesday. I have a deep bite and a narrow upper arch. I'm

already in braces (full on bottom, brackets on top--minus

archwire).

As I said, I'll have my first surgery on the 30th of this month,

then about a year later I will have my lower jaw extended. I'm

excited and apprehensive about this. I'm ready to have it done, but

nervous about the recovery (and also the big gap I'll get in the

front. LOL)

Any words of wisdom??
