Guest guest
, I am going back again on Monday or Tuesday. she said I should wait a couple days to let it do it's thing. It did feel good, I'm just bummed out that I'm swelling more now! I did put an ice pack on my face and I felt less claustrophobic. I'm going to try to walk around a bit too to try to get stuff moving. and of course, push the water... Guest guest
You'll get there. It's just a process you have to go through. And it's most usual to get impatient with it (who wouldn't? -- even a saint who fancied hair shirts would not enjoy it!). Keep on doing the right things, and they'll ease your path. Be prepared to put up with a slump, and unhappiness and impatience, and know that they're all just part of the stuff. You have it figured, and try to be patient with your body as it heals.
