And then, almost guaranteed, you'll be happy with what you got. Almost, because a few aren't. But most find great relief in the results. Just figure this is your time of perdition, and you'll be rewarded when you get to the end! (Not that I think there's any religious benefit to suffering, you understand.) And I agree, you're looking good, and will be looking better. If you can do the patience things, do the pictures once a week instead of every day -- or get your husband to take them every day, but just look once a week. The results and changes will be more dramatic, and thus more rewarding! (Like when you're trying to lose, or gain (I only wish!) weight... Day by day you may slip and slide, but if you keep at it, long term, you'll see results. Best, Cammie > Thanks! I am doing a lot better today.
