Hi Britt,

I have another good suggestion for the nasal passages. Q-tips are

good, but I wouldn't use vaseline, I used 2% hydrogen peroxide

solution (get it at the drugstore), dip the q-tip in, gently work it

inside your nose (don't probe too deeply, the peroxide solution

will " liquify " things and you can drag them out - I know, too much

info, right?). I used over 600 q-tips post-op, didn't blow my nose

for about 7 weeks as it felt strange to do so. Everytime I had to get

up to clean my mouth, I cleaned my nose. It really helped!

Thanks, . Maybe I'll try that peroxide solution for my nose. I

used vaseline today, and got some out, but I'll try this next time.
