Guest guest Posted March 24, 2004 Report Share Posted March 24, 2004 Hello, My surgery date is May 3rd, and my last orthodontic appointment before surgery is April 20th. I know that they put in " surgical hooks " for the surgery but what exactly do they look like and which part of the braces are they attached to? I have tiny little hooks that are attached to the brackets around my back molars but they've been there since the first day I got braces on.
