Well, no, now that I think back, it's possible that she wanted me to

lay flat, but I couldn't/wasn't supposed to. We did the first one

with me sitting in a chair, actually, rather than on the massage

table. After a few sessions, I did lay down, but propped up with

several pillows so I wasn't flat. That was after a couple of weeks, I

think.

No heated bed. No spa atmosphere either
