Hi, Fran.

I'll try out your berries and ice cream recipe. Although, I was

planning to avoid milk products in the first week, at least. It makes

me really phlegmy (sp?) and I've heard that's not a good combo with

upper surgery. I was planning on using soy milk and almond milk for

" milky " things. Maybe I'll have soy icecream!

I dunno why you couldn't use soy milk for the shakes...
