Midline is off about 1mm after surgery

Hello. I was wondering if anybody could help me. I just had upper

and lower jaw surgery 2 weeks ago. After the swelling went down and

the rubber bands removed, I noticed that my upper and lower midline

were not aligned. I don't know if my teeth were aligned in the first

place before the surgery but I am concerned that the doctor could

have made a mistake. Am I wrong? Is this normal? My question is, can

the orthodontist fix this? Anybody with similar experience, please

reply as soon as possible. Thank you.
