Naturally, I still notice it and it's still apparent to my OS, my Ortho and everyone in their offices. It's also still noticeable to my family and my best friend. Those who don't know me, of course, don't seem to notice anything out of the ordinary. I'm 11 weeks post-op. Smooches swelling.... hi there... having upper and lower on feb 11th...have blocked 4-6 weeks for recovery before returning to any work at all...and i realize that there will be some negligable swelling that only i will probably notice even months after the surgery....but when will the apparent, ( noticable to others) swelling go down? i know cases may differ depending on the person...just looking for some approximations...thx!!! hilary ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
