Guest guest Posted January 16, 2004 Report Share Posted January 16, 2004 I second this! I checked with my doc first, and he said it was okay for me to gently clean my nose. So I took a steamy bath and worked with cotton swabs, tissues, and *uhum* fingers to clean out my nose. It was gross, but it helped! Then maybe you can get the nasal spray in to do it's job.
