docs say i need only upper jaw surgery now??

my docs are telling me now that i only need upper jaw surgery to

correct my overbite/openbite. They said that my lower jaw will

automatically move up,,,anyone here speak from experience? they told

me think it over, but i'm just concerned because if they move my

upper jaw up and back, i'm afraid i might look like i have an

underbite because my lower jaw does stick out about the same as my

upper jaw does now. *sigh* now i'm getting upset, i don't know what

to do. has anybody here also have the one jaw surgery then decided

to go back and do surgery on the other part of your jaw?? omg, i

can't imagine doing that!!
