Guest guest
Guys -- Tugging, pulling, even sucking -- none of them is a good idea. They may destroy the stitches that are helping you heal. You wanna squeeze stuff in there. I suspect that, if you're really careful, you could do it with big ziplok bags, expressing the air first, then cutting off one corner, and squirting it in. But the zippies are a lot easier. If you have syringes from the hospital, you can load them with strained liquids, and shoot them in. But still, you don't wanna suck. Really. That sucks! You can blend things thin; almost anything can be blended. Get creative. But just get it to the point you can squeeze it, and not have to suck it, at least while you have stitches. Not nice. But do it. and be sure you get the protein -- boost, ensure, whatever! Good wishes to you all. You can do it. Just keep on keeping on, and this will pass, honestly.
