My Mother-in-Law is not at the Clinic. She is at a local hospital. She was admitted there because that is where the nursing home doctor practices. Sorry to hear that your mother enlaw doesn't have much longer for this earth but just think she will be in a much better place. No more pain or sorrow! I've been in choir for a long time, and every time I learn a new hymn that I like it get's added to my mass list - there are over 200 songs now, but I fugure I'll really fake everyone out when they wheel the casket down the aisle and the choir sings " Here I Am Lord " ...and I sit up and wave! I try to take one day at a time and enjoy it to the fullest. Doesn't always work, but then I have a moment of the pity pot and hurry and jump off. Guest guest Report post Posted March 5, 2001 , had her first treatment and all went well.They said it would take about 2 weeks before she will get the side effects, Hair loss, fatigue and skin burn. She has solved her transportation problem. The hospital van is picking her up and taking her home. We are giving her a surprise " Hat Shower " on Sunday. We are hoping it will boost her spirit.
