Guest guest
Kara, I hope this will all work out as well for you as it did for me. I'm one who had the best predictable results, and I surely would wish to share them with everyone else who walks this road... You sound as though you're on a good, positive track. Use a bunch of wax, or silicone, and floss threaders, and waterpik and sonicare and whatever else you can find to make it easier. It IS a lot easier than it once was, but use every advantage you can find to put less stress in your mouth. There's nothing to be gained from hurting without reason. Get the best tools you can. Call your docs if something seems amiss. And encourage your process in every healthy way you can find. I would wager that you'll do well and be pleased with your outcomes. And that you'll get help along the way for any times you find difficult, in the meantime. best wishes, Cammie
