Just wanted to say good luck, I'm sure this will all work out great

for you! Did you get porcelain again? The glue removal does sound

painful, is this the same for metal as for porcelain ? I'm getting

braces on March 2nd, porcelain up and metal down, just curious cause

I've got pretty sensitive teeth (had my cleaning today at the

dentist and tears were streaming down my face).

Removal of my braces wasn't too bad, although it was unpleasant. Just

try to remember that the pain (postop) is better than the

alternative - which is to be totally numb from the surgery, wondering

when or if or how much feeling you'll eventually get back.

Keeping your gums healthy through flossing will make the braces

removal experience much easier, btw.
