Guest guest
Hi everyone! My surgeon told me I could start sleeping on my side again at 6 weeks post-op. But, at 7 weeks, I still worry I might do some damage by sleeping on my side. How long did you guys sleep on your back? Am I just worrying for nothing? Thanks! Guest guest
Well, it seemed like forever for me. I slept inclined for several weeks, during which I once slid down on my back and on my side. My face was pretty sore the next day and made friends with my Tylenol liquid again. Next night, I packed my sides with pillows so I would stay put. If you're concerned, go conservative on it. But you might just give it a shot and see how you feel the next day. I doubt that you'll do serious damage if your surgeon thinks otherwise. Hope that helps,

Guest guest
Thanks Alix! I tried sleeping on my side last night and survived I did have a little trouble sleeping though since I guess I was worried about rolling over and waking up sore and swollen. After 2 months of sleeping on my back - I guess it takes some getting use to. > > > > Hi everyone! > > > > My surgeon told me I could start sleeping on my side again at 6 > weeks > > post-op.
