That's a tough situation. Only suggestion I can make is for you to

quit yourself, no sense in adding to the injury yourself. Then

perhaps you can voice your concerns to your parents " I'm trying to

quit and it would be helpful if you didn't smoke around me " or " I

don't really have a choice about breathing or not " , maybe leave the

room if they are smoking, or open a window for ventilation. You've

probably only got a few more years at home anyway.

Smoking is becoming a habit of a minority of our society, thankfully.

It's nice to be able to go into a public place and be able to sit

anywhere smoke-free. Hopefully it's coming soon to a city or town

near you. Our city went smoke-free last June, all the neighbouring

communities did so a year before that, so it's catching on.
