Guest guest
Shon, We had someone on the group a year or so ago who was on Medi-Cal which is the State of California's medical insurance for people who are below a certain income and don't have medical insurance. She seemed to be able to get care for it and get meds from the doctors she saw. Does the State of Texas have something similar? It might help to start there. As well, we have lots of information on rosacea at our archives at: http://rosacea.ii.net/toc.html Look around and see what kind of treatments people have tried and what doctors have given them. Some people don't use any prescriptions and control their rosacea by other means. Good luck! Matija > Hi my name is Shon. I am a 25yr male in San . I don't haveany insurance. I've been out of the Air Force for almost 6 months. I had to go to a VA hospital to do a physical for my disability claimfor my back. Well while I was there the doctor noticed the redfungus looking marks on my neck and back and asked me how long I'vehad those. I told him 3 weeks. He said it was a type of rosacea. He said specifically what type of rosacea it was but I forgot what itwas. Like I wrote before, I don't have any insurance and I don'tknow what to do to treat this. I've heard of free clinics ontelevision shows but I don't know anybody who has ever been to one. If there is anybody out who can help me find a type of product in astore that can help or how to find a free clinic or anything likethis, please e-mail me at kiwashington@w... or post a reply inthis group. Thanks and I hope to hear something very soon.
