making nut yogurt

I finally tried making yogurt with almond milk this weekend. It

turned out very nicely, but it didn't make very much.

I made a quart of milk with 2/3 cup of almonds and some honey. After

the yogurt fermented for 10 hours, was refrigerated overnight, and

dripped for 5 hours, I only had about 1/4 cup.

Am I doing something wrong? Shouldn't I have more yogurt than that?
