The above seem like a very good place to check out. There are a lot

your questions discussed and some even have good answers. It is not

like this group, There is not many as good as this group. But not

near enough of them know where to turn. When I first got reocurrent

pancreatitis I asked my doctor for some information. He could not

give me what I wanted to know. So I asked him about a support group.

There was no support group no where around me. Computers were coming

around in 1990. I waited until 1998 until I bought one. A year later

I got on the internet. At this point I realized that I was not so

alone anymore. I thought that there was only 20 or so people with

pancretitis and the chance of ever getting contact with them was

never going to happen. Now I am running across others like myself,

now I am wondering about the people that have not found or will even

get a chance to ever own a computer to get support, there are a lot

more people lost with no direction. In my doctors office there are

only a few that have my problem. I think my problem has educated him,

I have been telling him about you guys. He might make a visit.

Anyway there is right and left starting pain inf., what you may want

to ask the doctor. Alcohol and something for all at this question and

answer board. Thanks,

I sure can agree with you. I wished I had gotten on the internet before I was

near the end of my pancreas

problems. It is nice to have allot of people to communicate with that know what

you are talking about.

It is nice to have some one to communicate with on those long painful nights.
