All ingredients may be put in one bowl, and mixed with electric mixer or in food processor. 1 3/4 cups safe flour 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 3 Tbsp. cocoa* 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 cup oil (shortening can be substituted) 1 cup water 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 Tbsp Vinegar Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (Oven should be warm before you begin) Combine ingredients and pour into greased 8x8x2 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Recipe may be doubled and poured into 9x13x2 inch pan. * 1 teaspoon or to taste, allspice, ect. can be used instead of cocoa *Alyssa*Mom of,: (5) Anaphylactic to peanuts, cashews, brazil nuts, macadamia nuts, and pistachios.
