I only found an 800 number for the American Diabetes Assn.in the Tucson phone book. They referred me to a hospital that teaches a 10 class course for diabetics, but only those with medical coverage for $750 prepaid. I hadn't thought about bothering pharmacists. I'll search the used book stores for the Dummies book. I've been visiting Mendosa's site the last few days. Thanks again Budd > Hi Budd, where are you located? Do you have a diabetics society anywhere near you? They have very good classes. Also, most pharmacists are very well versed in diabetics and their needs.
