Hi e, as you must know, until fairly recently a A1c of 7 was what we

were shooting for. Now they would like to see it lower yet, to 6.5. Your

triglycerides are much more out of control than your diabetes right now, but

dealing with your diabetes should help your triglycerides go down. I have a

feeling you are using full fat items in your pantry, as well as eating too much

meat, right? ;-) This is what your triglycerides level shows. This can be

brought down, and if you want to avoid further, more serious cardiac problems,

you

do need to drop them. We are here to help, anytime you need us. Hugs,

marilyn
