Thanks Hi, the reason this is a good idea, is because you learn which things you eat make the biggest jumps in your bg's. If you have the chance to do this (enough strips) keep a journal along with it. This will tell you more about your own body. Different bodies tolerate different things ;-) So, yes, it is a good idea!
