Guest guest
Hi, Just want to add my two cents. I took a greens type product before and during my pregnancy that also contained chlorella. I actually thought I felt great on it. The manufacturer, Dr. Schultz, claimed that it was a great pregnancy food. While taking it, my brown hair turned auburn, which I thought was wonderful, and didn't relate it to the ingestion of this product (It wasn't from the sun). My son has never been vaccinated, and we are still awaiting the results of his hair analysis; however, he does have a delay, is often stimmy, and I am wondering if the chlorella moved my metals around, and into the fetus. Scary thought. I recently had the powder tested by Doctor's Data, and found that it has a HUGE amount of Aluminum in it 32.8 uG/g (ppm). Andy could probably translate that. I know that the safe level in water is below 10 uG/g parts per BILLION. Also, the copper tested at 4.56 uG/g (ppm)...so maybe that explained my natural highlights. As well, there are lesser amounts of cadmium, arsenic, nickel, and every other metal tested except for bismuth and beryllium. Of course, maybe many of the foods we eat contain metals, and we don't know about it. I wonder about seaweed for example, which I eat regularly. Andy, should we avoid sea vegetables? I know a woman who is a dental assistant at my nontoxic dentist's office. They do a lot of amalgam removals. She worked throughout her pregnancy and also took Greens Plus (and continues to do so), and her daughter is fine. I think she's just lucky. I wouldn't take it while pregnant, based on my experience. Good luck, Jill > > No human being should ever take any chlorella. > > > > Andy . . . . .. . . . . . . > > > > > Andy, > > > > > > I just noticed that the Greens plus multi I take has Japanese > > > chlorella.I am high in copper(maybe othe metals too).I wanted to > > > know if this type of chlorella can move the metals around in my > body? > > > Also is it dangerous to take when pregnant? > > > > Yes. > > > > > > > > >

Chlorella should never be used by any human being for any purpose because it is often contaminaed (specifically including brands that claim to have excellent quality control), it may move metals around, and everything it does that might be helpful to some people can be accomplished with other foods or supplements that are inexpensive and carry no risk of heavy metal contamination.
