I've personally been helped with being stuck in anaerobic metabolism

(excess lactic acid) by taking Thiamine. I took Bio-3-BG by Biotics

Research. It is a phosphorylated B-complex (non-phosphorylated B-

complex didn't help with the excess lactic acid) with three times as

much thiamine as the other Bs. As a warning, I should have started

with just one per day and worked up, but I took three at first and

felt very bad (but I felt better with the bad soreness I had which

went away within an hour. This told me I found the right

supplement). I normally tolerate almost all supplements well. When

I backed off and worked back up again I was fine, and no more extreme

muscle soreness after exercise.
