Rice & Cheese Casserole

Serves 6

2-1/2 cups Brown Rice, cooked

3 Green Onions chopped

1 cup Cottage Cheese lowfat

1 tsp Dillweed

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

1/2 cup Milk, 1% lowfat

1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a

casserole dish which has been prepared with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in

a preheated 350 deg F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
