Guest guest Posted August 7, 2004 Report Share Posted August 7, 2004 Hi, Pigpen, the best thing that you can do for yourself and for your diabetes, is learn everything that you can possibly learn about it, and then learn some more, when it comes to Doctors, before you believe every word that comes out of their mouths and take their treatment suggestions without question, fill up the nearest sink and have them walk on water for you, if they can't do it, then that means you will need to take part in your health care... they are only humans and humans are subject to frailties and mistakes... if the Doctor isn't willing to share your health care with you, the person that has to live in your body 24/7 then take your money and your body to another Doctor... I know what goes on in my body, my Doctor doesn't, cause 1 he ain't living with me or in me, and 2 he ain't a mind reader... if I want good quality health care, then I have to participate, and be part of...
