Guest guest Posted July 13, 2004 Report Share Posted July 13, 2004 Don't these sound just like a superbowl party treat? ;-) Hugs, marilyn Heavenly Wings Serves 8 500 Low-Carb Recipes Serve with napkins: They're messy -- but yummy. 2 lb chicken wings or drummies 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp parsley flakes 1/2 tbsp dried oregano 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 3 tbsp olive or canola oil Preheat the oven to 350 deg F. Line a large, shallow baking pan with foil. If using whole wings, separate the three pieces. Discard the pointy tips or use them in soup stock. In a medium bowl, combine the Parmesan, parsley, oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour the oil into a small bowl. Wet each piece of chicken all over in the oil, roll completely in the cheese mixture and arrange on the prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and serve. (Or bake, chill and reheat.)
