Hi everyone,

My name is Robin and I am a type two diabetic. I have several

health problems but, I have successfully lost 33 pounds in a 4 month

tome period. I have also brought my A1C down from 6.1 to a 4.6.

I started listening to my body, I ate onl;y when hungry. Some

days I ate nothing other days I ate alot of fresh fruits and

vegetables all day long as mini meals.

My morning fasting bg level was always below 120 per my doctor's

request. Because of arthritis and severe back pain serious

exercising was out of the question. I rode my exercise bike

occasionally and did the usual housework.

So I wish to encorage all of you dieters to not give up, you can

lose the weight. Maybe not as fast as you would like but, you will

lose. When you reach plateaus where you aren't losing a day or two

of fasting from food can kickstart your metabolism into losing the

weight again.

For all of you that have recently joined I would like to welcome

you. If there is anything I can personally do to help you let me

know and I will give it my best effort.
