> Spray a 12-inch non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray; heat.

> Meanwhile, on a sheet of wax paper or a plate, mix the flour and salt.

> Lightly dredge the chicken in the flour.

> Transfer the chicken to the skillet; saute until golden brown, about 3

> minutes; turn over and saute 1 to 2 minutes longer.

> Pour the marinara sauce around the chicken, then sprinkle the cutlets with

> the mozzarella and Parmesan. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the
