Guest guest Posted July 31, 2004 Report Share Posted July 31, 2004 Evening all, been watching this thread work it's way through , I have found that when I start having leg cramps, I have needed more water in my system, and also I eat a banana, for the potassium.. My husband has leg cramps too, and the doctor prescribed quinine pills for him, I understand that you can get tonic water with quinine that is suppose to help too..
