Hi all,

I've been quietly reading the posts and gaining new info! I am doing well with

the dis-ease! My food plan (don't like diet) has been changed to increase the

carbs from 30 to 45 3 times a day. It's funny my diabetes educator said I am the

fist diabetic with recovering anorexic to complain of starving on the 30 carb

times 3 a day food plan. My bs readings are beginning to be more consistent!

Well sort a....still have mornings low 60-65 and bedtime high 220; and some

days a sudden drop from 180-160 to 60 for no reason! I've realized this

dis-ease can't be controlled. I do follow directions and learn from my

experience with food and bs. It is all ok life goes on!

I am getting new glasses so I can see. I hope I can keep the bs readings like

they are now. I can't afford glasses every 6 months!
