I mentioned both in a previous post. Soy nuts do not really taste like regular nuts -- they have a different flavor. Mainly they provide variety and soy has been proven to be advantageous to health (especially for women). Soy nuts and endamame (fresh soy pods) were both mentioned as alternate snack sources for protein. Regular nuts are just as good. all the best,

Guest guest
Becky- I don't know if I would do Meridia. I think your body needs to be free and clear. I even stopped vitamins 2 weeks before surgery because some can cause excessive bleeding. I did continue with my blood pressure meds. I would ask your Dr. and not take any chances. Guest guest
I've been quietly reading the mail for a while. Being new this I'm still fumbling along the learning a new lifestyle. Today I was label reading in the store and noticed something I hadn't seen before. On one line " Carbohydrates 28g " then a couple of lines down " Other carbohydrates 27g " ?? What's the difference? Why aren't they combined other than this way they list about half? Other question I've seen a lot of good recipes go by, but I just visited the group's website. I looked in the files section and there is a Recipes folder that is empty? Budd Tucson
