This sounds alot like me when I was little, at the time I did not suffer from rls but I did suffer from Tourrette's syndrome although nobody knew it at the time because we didn't know what it was. My parents were constantly after me to stop making those movements or sounds, turns out I couldn't help it. I still suffer from this to a degree, though not like when I was young. I am curious now, what relation if any, there is with rls and tourrettes , considering they are both dealing with unwanted movements. Guest guest
Hi Joe, I am taking classes in essential oils right now, and am learning about the ones for chronic pain just last night. Lavender oil is great and is chamomile. I have a blend that my aromatherapist made for me that I can use for massage or in a diffuser. It has white birch, cajeput, ginger, juniper, lavender, sweet marjoram and rosemaryin a base of sweet almon, grapeseed and jojoba carrier oil.
