Guest guest Posted July 15, 2004 Report Share Posted July 15, 2004 Oven-Barbecued Pork Chops King 6 loin pork chops (3/4 inch thick), trimmed 3/4 cup ketchup 1/3 cup hot water 2 tbsps vinegar 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsps brown sugar 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika Place chops in a heavy cast-iron skillet. Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 375 deg F for 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serves 6.
