Help university student project – please take survey, improve diabetes education

Hi! I'm a student at the University of Pennsylvania. I'm not

diabetic, but have friends who are, and have a keen interest in

health care, education, and finding solutions to diabetes. The goal

of my senior project is to better understand ways to improve diabetes

education and awareness of treatment and prevention options.

I would really appreciate it if you could take the time to fill out

my survey (it's a word doc) and email it to me. It's essential to my

research, and you can be entered in a drawing to win prizes valued

from $40-$65.

Prizes include – A Diabetic Care Sample Pack with diabetic cookies,
