Home from the hospital left early without permission

Well last night was not the best night of williams and my life I

left a hospital telling them just what I thought of them and It

wasnt to nice.

had to go in for a veeg its done while viedoing him and an

MRI at the same time. It was at the hospital I dont like and will

never go to even if we are dieing again. It was the onnly place we

could get the bed for the veeg.

I told them when they sedated william that they had to watch him

for seizure because his bloddsugar had been running low. They looked

at me like I was stupid and said WE look after all our patients we

are trained. He had a snack before he went in his blood sugar was

still 85 I told them and had all my proof with me that if william is

below 90 he is going down. They said he wuld be fine for 2 hours.

Well 1 hour into the MRI his hand started to change positions and

his breathing got differentI told them to let me in he is hypoing

and going to start a seizure. They ignored me and said he is just

doing it because he didnt want an MRI because it isnt showing up on

the MRI or the EEG. I was ripped I hit the emergancy button grabbed

my coat the meter was in it and williams juice snack. He was still

out of it I grabbed him by his legs pulled him out of the MRI

straddled william pulled the mask off his face as his body was

twitching (seizing) I took his bloodsugar it was 29 He was out so he

couldnt eat or drink I seen sugar packets licked my finger and put

the sugar on it I know gross and he he started to shake less. I

yelled for them to bring me something and they did NOTHING a woman

waiting brought me in some frosting in a tube and it stopped his

bloodsuagr came up and I made them take the eeg off of his head I

told them what I thought and I wasnt plesant and was quide rude and

crude. They said he was just one of those kids who wants to have

seizures because he dosnt have anything showing up on his eeg or mri

and that they still had an hour to do. I told them what they could

do with thier hour. They caled security on me I carried an groggy

child out of that hospital and had his blood sugar up to 110 when I

left. They kept saying low blood sugar dosnt cause seizures. My

husband wasnt there he said they were stuid techs. They suggested I

take him to the er I suggested they BITE ME.

Iam so mad I told his new nero that they wernt compitent there and

she said its just a veeg and mri you will be there he will be fine.

I have a phone call into her about this and his ped just checked him

and said he is fine for me to check him every 2 hours today for

bloodsugar. He is going to make the endo run a new test he wants a 5

hour test at the office or the other hospital. he said that he

thinks all the seizures are hypo related.

Just got a message from teh hospital admin. He said there would be

no charge for this visit.

and that he will check into the matter.His nero isnt in untill

this afternoon today but I know she will message me right off. She

is going to be mad at that hospital.

I dont give much hope for the hospital admin doing anything. I

have an appt with an attorney on wed. I took the womans name down

who asisted me in case the attorney wants to talk with her. She was

mad she said you could tell the way it was stopping that he was in

hypo status. She carries frosting in case she has a hypo.

Sorry this is such a book I just had to rant to someone about what

they did to a child. He has been dropping low a lot in the past few

days so I have been worried about him a lot.
