Eating out question

I have a question about eating out. I like to eat buffet on the

weekends. I always spike my sugar way to high because there may be

some sugar content that I was not expecting. I try to avoid food that

I know that are bad but I usually still get more sugar than I should.

I also like to have coffee afterwards and it is usually sweet and low

that I am forced to use. Can anyone help me in this because I know

most of you eat out and have far more experience with this than me.
