Guest guest Posted June 21, 2004 Report Share Posted June 21, 2004 Healthy Exchanges by Jo Lund Lemon Berry Shake 2-1/4 cups Yoplait Plain Fat Free Yogurt 1 tub Crystal Light Sugar Free Lemonade Mix 1 cup skim milk 1-1/2 cups frozen unsweetened red raspberries Sugar substitute to equal 1/4 cup sugar In a blender container, combine yogurt, dry lemonade mix, skim milk, raspberries and sugar substitute. Cover and process on blend 10 seconds or until frothy. Serve at once.
