I'm crummy at " how much " questions for supplements

--- all the numbers run together

in my head unless I revisit the info REALLY often.

I found this post

This one (above) is specific to using zinc for high copper,

so should be good.

Also this section:

has info on supplements for chelation. However, this may

be a bit too low on the zinc.

If these don't help, ask Andy. Like I said, I'm crummy

at " how much " for supplements.
