Chantal RE: Re: Chelation cycle????? Andy- Anyone I wish there was an easy answer. Here is why there is not one. 1st - There is no evidence that sauna detox metals. Other toxins yes, metals no. Why, metals are very " fat " fillic, that is they bind quite tightly to fats. That is whay one can be very heavily loaded with metals, and yet have NONE show up on a bllod test for them. 2nd - folks can have a vast difference in the amount they have AND they amount it takes to make them sick. In my case I have an enormous amout of them, but it took that much to make me sick. 3rd- There is a limiy on how fast you can pull them out without doing MAJOR damage to yourself. 4th - Difft. Methods take longer, EDTA is quite stong and can take upto a year. Blue green Algae is less strong and and can take upto 2-3 years.
